A & H Health Care is a dedicated residential care agency that provide temporary skilled senior and residential support workers to homes that are requiring additional resources and support, A & H Health Care currently specialize in supporting children and young people with learning difficulties, emotional behaviour difficulties and mental health needs. We strongly believe in improving the life’s of young people we look after by enhancing their inbuilt resilience to effectively live their lives to an optimum level of functioning.

All staff provided are highly skilled and have experience in the field and are either qualified with the nvq 3/4 in residential childcare or equivalent or working towards the qualification.

Staff have all the mandatory training, up to date and are very dedicated to their roles to ensure the highest care is provided to the young people at all times.

A & H Health Care provide staff 365 days a year and they can have flexible working hours where necessary, The staff are adaptable and can work both within a team and alone, our aim is to continuously strive for excellence for the care of all young people and to help make a difference to their lives, most importantly having fun with all along the way.
